NEXGEN ADVISING

Pricing

Straightforward pricing for a long-term partnership

Admissions strategy is an investment, not a transaction. Here's what that investment looks like, with no hidden fees, no guesswork.

How We Price Our Work

Most families work with us across multiple years, so our core pricing is package-based, built around the phase of the journey your student is in, not billed hour by hour. Each package includes a defined advising cadence (see the specifics on each tier below); additional sessions beyond that cadence are simply billed at our standard hourly rate. Every package is available in-person across South Florida or virtually nationwide, at the same price either way, and families who need lighter, focused support can also work with us hourly, or through a standalone test prep or essay program.

Why We Publish Our Pricing

Most firms in this industry don't publish rates at all. We believe families deserve to know what they're evaluating before the first conversation. The numbers below reflect typical scope; your exact plan is confirmed during a free consultation.

Most Chosen

9th Grade → Senior Decision

Comprehensive Partnership

$16,500/once

One advisor, one strategy, for all four years of high school, ending with your student's final college decision, at a savings over buying each phase separately.

Advising cadence: 15 sessions per year in grades 9 and 10 (30 sessions), then 50 sessions across grades 11 and 12, 1 hr 30 min each, 80 sessions in all. This is a four-year, high-school-only engagement: it runs through the senior-year college decision and does not extend into the college years. Additional sessions billed at $195/hr.

Best for: Families who'd rather commit once, for all four years, than re-evaluate scope and pricing at every new phase of the process.

What's Included

  • Everything in Foundations and Core Strategy & Application Season
  • Decision & offer comparison: fit, cost, and final enrollment support
  • One dedicated advisor, all four years
  • Priority scheduling
  • Unlimited email support

Any Grade

Hourly & À La Carte

$195/hr

For families who need focused, single-topic support, with no package required.

Best for: A single essay review, a pre-interview session, or a one-time gut check, without a multi-year commitment.

What's Included

  • Single essay or supplement review
  • One-time strategy session
  • Interview preparation
  • No minimum commitment

Figures above reflect typical scope for each phase. Your exact plan, and final pricing, is always confirmed together during a free consultation, based on your student's specific timeline and needs. Packages are priced for the full advising cadence of the phase or term selected; unused sessions are not refunded or credited once that period ends.

Questions

Common questions about pricing

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Multi-year and application-season packages can be split into monthly installments. We'll walk through the options during your consultation.

What if we need more sessions than our package includes?

Every package includes a defined advising cadence; see the specifics under each tier above. If your family needs more time in a given month, additional sessions are simply billed at our standard hourly rate ($195/hr). No penalties, no renegotiating the package, just transparent add-on pricing.

What if we don't use every session in a package?

Packages are priced for the full advising cadence of the phase or term selected, not billed per session, so unused sessions aren't refunded or carried over once that period ends. Our advisors work with each family to make sure the full cadence gets used meaningfully, including around school breaks or a lighter month here and there. If your family's needs are genuinely lighter than a package's cadence, our hourly and à la carte option is often the better fit from the start, we'll help you figure out which makes sense during your consultation.

What happens in the free consultation?

We talk through your student's goals, timeline, and current situation, then recommend the package that actually fits, never the largest one available.

What if my student is starting mid-year, or later than 8th grade?

Most families don't start on a clean grade boundary, and that's fine. Pricing is prorated to the time remaining and the work involved, not a rigid calendar.

Do you guarantee acceptance results?

No. No ethical firm can. What you're paying for is a thoughtful, strategic process and honest guidance at every step, not a promised outcome.
